Luca has a strong social media presence, with more than 1 million subscribers just on TikTok. His juggling clips have been featured on “People Are Awesome”, “Just For Fun”, “Highlighthub”, “Shnarped” and many more. In 2017, he hosted an official musical.ly challenge with the hashtag “#JonglierenWieEinProfi” (=Juggling Like A Pro), in which more than 6000 people participated. Since 2018, Lucas TikTok account is verified.
His juggling videos have been viewed more than 80 million times online.
Duo Avo
Due to Luca's previous collaborations with musical.ly Inc. he gained an impressive following of over 1.1 millon people. Since then the app musical.ly was taken over by the social media platform, TikTok. In January 2020, Luca changed his username “@lucapferdmenges” to “@duoavo”. Luca Pferdmenges and his girlfriend now use it as a platfom to create and share hula hooping and juggling content with the rest of the world.
Duo Avo is an international performing couple based in Germany. Luca Pferdmenges and Sophia Robinson combine world class juggling with powerful hula hooping. In their stage shows, they use programmable LED equipment to create stunning visual effects in the dark. Each of their 11 props is therefore individually programmed and has the ability to change colours to exact cues in the music. Muserbattles 2017 & 2018
In 2017 and 2018, Luca was invited to perform at several Muserbattles, events hosted by the social media platform musical.ly. After having performed a SEVEN Show in Berlin, Luca premiered his Juggling Mashup Show in Milan, Italy. Creators from all around the world were flown into Milan to compete and appear as Special Guests. Luca himself attended as a Special Guest, alongside the winners of Britain's Got Talent – The Champions, Twist and Pulse. Luca filmed a juggling video with Lisa and Lena there, as well as Comedy videos with HelloRasmus and Nick Robertson, receiving over 2 Million clicks online.
